What is Amadeus Protocol?

Amadeus is a Layer 1 designed for agentic finance, allowing AI agents to trade, automate tasks, and transact onchain. Its infrastructure combines deterministic execution with Trusted Execution Environments that keep agent strategies private, while Useful Proof of Work uses network computation for AI workloads. The network reports more than 16,000 agents already live.

AMA Hub is the user-facing platform for discovering, creating, and using AI agents. Users can access trading agents, swaps, strategies, automation, and other cross-chain tools.

$AMA is the native utility token used for network fees, agent execution, mining incentives, and governance. It has a 1 billion hard cap, with supply emitted through Useful Proof of Work rather than a premine or VC token allocation. The $AMA TGE is targeted for September 2026.

The company is based in Lisbon, Portugal and was co-founded by Ivan Svirid, a distributed-systems engineer and former NEAR ecosystem contributor, and Leslie Kivit, whose background includes Qubic, Xapo Bank, Meta, Booking.com, and Rocket Internet. In February 2026, Amadeus acquired AI-agent platform Bitte.ai for $1.7 million in $AMA, bringing its trading-agent technology, integrations, and user base into Amadeus, as covered by PANews and GlobeNewswire.
