Overview
FarmVille-style farming is back, but this time on Solana 🌾
FarmTown is a browser-based play-to-earn farming game where users start with a small farm and grow it over time. The gameplay is simple and familiar: buy seeds, prepare soil, plant crops, harvest before they expire, complete orders and keep expanding your land.
As players progress, their farm becomes more productive. Harvested produce can be used to complete orders, earn Gold and XP, unlock better crops and level up. The goal is to turn a small patch of land into a bigger farming empire through active gameplay.
The game runs directly in the browser, with no download required. Players connect their Solana wallet, build progress inside the game and take part in FarmTown’s reward mechanics.
Stars act as FarmTown’s premium in-game currency. Players can use Stars to speed up crop growth, access premium farming features and progress faster. FarmTown also includes a token sink around Stars purchases, with half going to the FarmTown treasury and half burned.
🪂 FarmTown Play-to-Earn Rewards
The main reward feature in FarmTown is Farmer’s Pool.
Farmer’s Pool is FarmTown’s main play-to-earn reward feature, where players use eligible in-game progress to gain Pool Power and compete for $FARM rewards.
Players gain Pool Power by using eligible progress such as Gold, Farm Points and Levels, with their $FARM share based on their Pool Power compared with the rest of the pool.
In simple terms:
Farm → Build progress → Gain Pool Power → Compete for $FARM rewards.
The reward system is tied to active gameplay. Players need to farm, build progress and decide how much eligible progress they want to use inside Farmer’s Pool.
