Kintara is a browser-based isometric MMO built on Solana, where players gather resources, fight monsters, complete quests, and trade with others across several connected realms. The game’s token, $KINS, runs the on-chain economy and doubles as the key to entry.
The core loop is familiar to anyone who has played a sandbox MMO. You chop wood, mine stone and coal, fish, and cook, then either bank your haul on the Mainland or sell it on the in-game Marketplace for gold.
Kintara has no confirmed token airdrop. $KINS is already live and traded, and you earn it by playing: gather resources, complete quests, build up gold, and sell that gold to other players for $KINS on the Marketplace. Early players who build skills and accumulate $KINS may be well positioned if the team introduces future reward programs.
Key Parameters:
The on-chain economy has two main sinks. Paid spinner spins cost 3 worth of $KINS each, with half burned and half sent to the treasury, while every gold-for- KINS sale routes 5% to the treasury and 95% to the seller.
You need Solana (SOL) to buy $KINS and cover transaction fees. If you don’t have any, purchase SOL on Binance and withdraw it to your wallet.
Go to PumpSwap, connect your wallet, and swap SOL for $KINS. You need a minimum of 1 $KINS to access the game, though buying a little extra leaves room for paid spins later.
Open the Kintara game and connect the same wallet.
New characters spawn on the Mainland with no gear. Follow the tutorial NPC near spawn to collect your axe, pickaxe, fishing rod, and hammer. Open your inventory with the I key and drag each tool to a hotbar slot (keys 1 to 6).
Equip a tool and click resources to gather them:
Wood: Chop trees with an axe on the Mainland or in Whisperwood Stone and coal: Mine rocks with a pickaxe, or use the Mainland Mine interior Fish: Cast a fishing rod at ponds in Whisperwood or the open water in The Pond
Check the daily quest UI for objectives like chopping wood, mining stone, or killing mobs. Quests reward gold, items, and XP, which feed directly into your earnings.
Open the Marketplace from the radar HUD cart icon. Under the gold-for-$KINS option, list your in-game gold at a USD-based price. When another player buys it, their wallet sends $KINS in one transaction, and you receive 95% of the payment.
