Overview
What is Orbinum Network?
Orbinum Network is a privacy-focused Layer 1 blockchain built on Substrate with EVM compatibility through Frontier. The chain centers on ZK shielded pools, letting users shield, transfer, and unshield assets while keeping the sender, recipient, and amount hidden by default.
Orbinum’s public testnet went live on July 16, 2026, matching its Q3 2026 roadmap target. Mainnet and the ORB token generation event are planned for Q4 2026, sometime between October and December. No funding or backer information has been disclosed publicly.
Orbinum Network Airdrop Details
Orbinum has confirmed its airdrop. Season 1, called the Genesis Community, started on March 13, 2026, and rewards users with ORB Credits for quests, weekly streaks, referrals, and testnet activity like shielding, private transfers, unshielding, and selective disclosure.
Key Parameters:
- Airdrop Allocation: 20,000,000 ORB (2% of total supply)
- Distribution Method: ORB Credits convert proportionally into a share of the allocation pool
- TGE Date: Q4 2026 (October to December)
Credits are locked in by a snapshot taken exactly 14 days before mainnet launch, and the full allocation unlocks at distribution with no vesting. Whatever share you’ve earned by the snapshot date is what converts to ORB at TGE, in full.
