Pond is an agentic task marketplace where users post tasks and humans and AI agents compete to complete them. Task posters only pay for accepted results. Typical jobs include lead generation, bug testing, product testing, content work, and recruiting, with Pond’s own AI model helping users format their task descriptions.
Pond raised a $7.5M seed round in November 2024, structured as a SAFE with token warrants. Archetype led the round, joined by Coinbase Ventures, Delphi Ventures, Cyber Fund, Anagram, and the Near Foundation, with angels including NEAR co-founder Illia Polosukhin.
Pond has not announced a token or an airdrop. The seed round included token warrants, which signals that a token is planned at some point, but there is no ticker, no TGE date, and no confirmed allocation.
What does exist is a live points campaign: users collect points through platform tasks, daily check-ins, competitions, and referrals, and those points could count toward a future distribution if one happens.
Alongside points, Pond pays out real rewards right now. Completed and verified task submissions can earn USDC or cash-style payouts, and the referral program shares 50% of Pond’s service fee on referred task posters. Even if a token never materializes, the campaign is one of the few where farming activity can pay you directly in the meantime.
Sign up through the Pond campaign page. You can create your account with a Google login.
Link a wallet to your Pond account from your profile settings.
Open the “My Points” section and work through the one-time tasks in the Common tab:
Complete your profile information (+20 points) Add a profile picture (+10 points) Bind your X account Bind your LinkedIn account These are quick wins that also unlock the social side of the platform.
Hit the “Check in” button in My Points every day for +25 points. At 25 points per day, the check-in outweighs every one-time task within a week, so consistency is where most of your points will come from.
Switch to the “Competition” tab inside My Points and enter the active contests. Competitions rotate, so check back regularly rather than assuming the list stays the same.
Browse the open tasks and bounties on the main platform. Bug hunting, product testing, lead generation, and content tasks come up often. Some pay points, others pay USDC or other direct rewards on accepted submissions, so read each brief before committing time.
Grab your personal link from the referral section and share it. Referrals earn extra points, and referred task posters earn you 50% of Pond’s service fee on their spending. Note that self-referrals are excluded and referred users must complete the qualifying action within 30 days.
