What is Unicity Labs?
Unicity Labs is an AI infrastructure company that is working on the Unicity Protocol, which is a peer-to-peer execution layer for AI agents that can work on their own. There is no shared global ledger, which is different from regular blockchains. Agents can do business with each other at machine speed, and the amount of work that can be done increases with the number of agents instead of being limited by a consensus mechanism.
In February 2026, the project got $3 million in seed money, with Blockchange Ventures leading the way and Outlier Ventures and Tawasal also participating.
Unicity Labs Airdrop Details
There hasn’t been an official confirmation of an airdrop. Unicity Labs hasn’t said anything in public about giving out UCT tokens. That being said, the team runs a structured incentivized testnet called Sphere Quests, where users can earn XP by completing on-chain tasks over multiple epochs. In the past, token distributions on similar protocols have been based on XP programs like this one.

The testnet works in epochs. Setting up an identity in Epoch 0 means making a Unicity ID. Daily volume challenges have streak multipliers, so it’s more important to play every day than to play a lot of times in a row.

In the quest dashboard, go to the Top Up section and click “Claim test tokens.” Request the full available amount — up to $500k in testnet UCT. You need them for every task that follows. You can also send tokens to friends’ wallets.
